Turn Around Time (TAT)

My turn-around-time (TAT) is constantly changing. You can expect a minimum of two weeks from the time I receive your blank items/garments. For items that require shipping, add shipping time to my current TAT. I keep my TAT current on my Instagram profile. Feel free to email and ask me my current TAT whenever, caitandcothreads@gmail.com. If you need your order completed by a certain date, please let me know at the time of ordering. An order is considered a "rush order" if you need it completed sooner than the posted TAT. See "Rush Orders" for details.

Rush Orders

An order is considered a "Rush Order" if you need it completed sooner than the posted TAT. Business logo and livestock brands orders will be charged an additional 25% of the embroidery cost. All online retail orders will be charged an additional $10 rush fee.

Customer-Provided Items

Cait and Co Threads reserves the right to decline the acceptance of customer-provided items. Embroidery costs for provided items starts at $10 and increases with stitch count.

Custom Orders and Design Fees

An order is considered custom if the customer is requesting a design that is not currently offered as a product on my website. All custom ordered are subject to a design fee. A design fee is charged when a font or design requested by the customer is not included in my current library and has to be purchased by me in order to complete the order. The design fee will equal the total amount the font and/or design cost me to purchase and download. My font library and design options are available upon request.

Sizing

Sizing may differ from garment to garment and brand to brand. If you have a sizing question, please refer to the available sizing charts, or contact me before placing your order.

Maximum Quantities

All orders differ in complexity and time required to complete. Cait and Co Threads reserves the right to decline an order that I believe is too large of a quantity. I will refer you to another embroiderer that I believe is better suited for the order.

Shipping and Local Pickup

Local pick-up or shipping is available for orders. Shipping prices vary depending on the order and carrier chosen. I do not deliver local orders. Payment is due before an order can be shipped or picked up.

Launder-ability and Shrinkage

Garments sold by Cait and Co Threads can be laundered on delicate cycle unless otherwise stated in the item description online. Items are best preserved when they are hung to dry. All knitted garments are subject to shrinkage. Cait and Co Threads is not responsible for shrinkage or damage to garments after washing and/or drying.
